Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Non-returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or customized pieces are not eligible for return.
  • Return Process:
    1. Email us at dstrspvtltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
    3. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing dstrspvtltd@gmail.com with your order details.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. You may opt for a return after receiving the product (if eligible).

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
